The Lexivo path

Four steps from a cold lead to a signed client.

Give the prospect something genuinely useful, then put a real attorney in front of them while they are still deciding.

Step 01

A lead arrives

Website, Google Ads, referral partner, missed call, after-hours form. Your intake does not change.

They feel: anxious, unsure who to trust.
You get: the inquiry, exactly as today.
Step 02

Case Strategy Report

They visit your firm's app and answer questions written for their situation, then get a personalized report in minutes: their facts, what matters, what is missing.

They feel: taken seriously for the first time.
You get: a structured case file, not a name and a number.
Step 03 · The hinge

An attorney verifies it

They request a review. An attorney at your firm reads the case, adds written comments, and can record a short personal video.

They feel: a real lawyer read my case.
You get: minutes of attorney time, not a consultation.
Step 04

Trust is built

Their report now carries a named attorney and a face on video. Every competing firm is still a voicemail and a stock photo. So they sign with your firm — one clear next step: call, schedule, upload documents, or engage.

They feel: loyal to a person, and ready to sign with someone they know.
You get: a signed case, traced to its source.
The deliverable

The Case Strategy Report.

What your prospect receives minutes after answering — long before your intake team can call back. Plain English, built from their own facts, signed off by an attorney at your firm.

“Alex — I've read through this. Two things I'd want before we talk: your complete treatment records and the other driver's policy limits. Section 6 lists exactly what to send.”

Personal video from your attorney 1:04

An auto-reply asks the prospect to wait. A Case Strategy Report tells them what they are dealing with, what is missing, and what to do next — with a named attorney’s comments on top. That is the difference between a lead who keeps searching and one who waits for your call.

Every number comes from the engine, not the AI.

The AI writes the prose. It may only use figures the statutory engine calculated — it cannot invent a dollar amount or a deadline, and the check runs on every report.

No outcome is ever predicted.

The range is never called a settlement offer, a valuation, or what a claim is worth. It is a preliminary illustration built from unverified answers, and it says so.

Written for a person in distress.

Plain English, roughly eighth-grade level. No legalese, no jargon, dates spelled out. Your prospect is frightened — it reads like a person wrote it for them.

And they can ask it questions.

A chat sits inside the report, scoped to their own case, answering from their report only — general information, never legal advice, never a prediction.

Illustrative report with fictional data. Preliminary reports are AI-assisted and based on information supplied by the prospect. Attorney-reviewed content is separately identified.

Why attorney review

Software does not build trust. A lawyer does.

An AI report impresses for about ninety seconds. What stops someone calling other firms is a named attorney at your firm saying, in their own words, that they have read the case.

How it builds trust

The moment an attorney signs it, it stops being software.

It becomes a document a named lawyer at your firm stands behind — and the prospect knows that before the first phone call.

Signed, with a name on it

Every verified report carries “Attorney Verified — Reviewed by [name]”, in the app and in the PDF.

A face before a callback

They have already seen and heard your attorney. Competing firms are still an inbox.

Never mistaken for advice

Attorney comments stay visually separate from AI text, and nothing reaches the client until you send it.

Everything needed to triage a case, on one screen.

The App Marketing Dashboard

An app nobody sees is worth nothing.

The report and the attorney review are the product. The dashboard is how you get them in front of people — and how you prove which channels produced signed cases.

01 Google Ads

The keywords nobody else is bidding on

You already pay $200 a click. Now generate leads at $15.

Every firm in your market bids on “car accident lawyer near me,” “divorce lawyer near me,” or “DUI lawyer near me” at $150–300 a click. Almost nobody bids on the question people type first — “how strong is my case?”, “how is child custody decided?”, “will I lose my license?” — at $5–25. Lexivo finds those research-stage keywords across personal injury, divorce and DUI, and points them at a two-minute evaluation that actually answers the question.

  • Syncs with your Google Ads account — keywords, spend and conversions in one place.
  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 budget split recommended from your monthly spend.
  • Campaign through to signed case, so you see cost per case, not cost per click.

Client Referral

Get every past client to share your app.

Each past client gets their own link to your free app, and every lead that arrives through it is attributed back to them — so you can see who actually sends work. The WhatsApp and Instagram copy is already written; the client just pastes it.

  • A unique, attributed link for every past client.

04 Partner Referral

Partner Referral

Turn local professionals into a referral engine.

Chiropractors, clinics and body shops for injury work; therapists, financial advisors and mediators for divorce; bail bondsmen, treatment programs and interlock installers for DUI — each gets a co-branded version of your app, their name alongside your firm, running your engine. Someone scans the QR code at the front desk, completes the evaluation, and the case arrives already attributed to that partner.

  • QR codes for waiting rooms, counters and printed cards.
  • Read-only partner dashboards showing only their own activity.

Customer experiences

What firms are saying

★★★★★
“Google Ads finally converts for us, because the click no longer lands on a contact form — it lands on a Case Strategy Report. We’re reaching research-stage searchers our competitors can’t touch, and they sign at a far better rate than the leads we used to pay triple for.”
James M.
Managing Partner, Trial Law Firm
★★★★★
“Attorney Reviews are where the conversion actually happens. A partner spends a few minutes commenting on the Case Strategy Report, the prospect hears from a real lawyer instead of a call center, and they stop shopping. Our sign-up rate on reviewed cases is in a different league.”
Sarah R.
Operations Director, Multi-Practice Law Firm
★★★★★
“We send the Case Strategy Report to every lead that doesn’t sign on the intake call, and Attorney Reviews bring the serious ones back. Last month that converted 11 leads we had already written off — and the dashboard showed us exactly which Google Ads campaigns they came from.”
David K.
Senior Partner, Full-Service Law Firm

Questions about Lexivo

What is Lexivo?

An AI app platform for law firms, built to convert the leads you already pay for. Every inquiry gets a personalized Case Strategy Report in minutes — generated by AI over a tested statutory engine — and an attorney at your firm then reviews it and follows up with written comments and a personal video. The app carries your firm’s name on web, iPhone and Android.

How does Lexivo convert more of the leads we already pay for?

By changing what a lead receives in the first few minutes. Instead of an auto-reply and a place in the callback queue, they get a Case Strategy Report telling them what they are dealing with, what is missing, and what to do next — then a named attorney at your firm comments on it. A prospect who has already heard from a real lawyer stops calling other firms.

What exactly is a Case Strategy Report?

A personalized report the prospect receives minutes after a guided intake in your app. The PI Case Strategy Report covers their situation, who appears responsible, the injury-to-accident link, what they may be able to claim, collectible insurance, what is still missing, and the questions to ask an attorney. The Divorce Strategy Report and DUI Case Strategy Report follow the same pattern against their own statutes.

Is the report written by an attorney?

The initial report is AI-assisted, based on information the prospect supplied. Attorney comments are clearly identified and appear only after an attorney has reviewed the case and pressed send.

Can the AI invent figures or predict an outcome?

No. Every figure and date comes from a tested statutory engine, and the AI may only use those values — anything else is stripped before the report is shown. The report is also barred from calling its range a settlement offer, a valuation, or what a claim is worth.

What happens when a prospect requests attorney review?

The firm gets the case on one screen: score, deadline, value range, scored dimensions and open flags. An attorney can add comments, insert prepared snippets, record a video, request more information, or schedule a consultation. Every report also lands in the case inbox whether or not a review was requested, so nothing sits unseen — and nothing reaches the client until an attorney sends it.

Does every prospect receive an attorney video?

No. The firm decides case by case between written feedback, a personal video, a phone call, or a scheduling invitation. A full consultation is never required simply because an inquiry arrived.

Do prospects have to download an app?

No. Every Lexivo app opens in the browser from a link you send by email, SMS or WhatsApp, or from a QR code. Your firm also gets native iPhone and Android builds under its own name for prospects who prefer them.

Does completing an assessment create an attorney-client relationship?

Not by itself. Each firm controls conflict checking, qualification, case acceptance, engagement and representation. Lexivo does not accept matters or determine that a relationship exists.

Can our intake team send the assessment after a phone call?

Yes. Known information can be prefilled, so the prospect confirms facts and completes only what is missing. The same applies to consented lead segments, referral partners and reactivation campaigns.

How does the App Marketing Dashboard help us?

It is how you get the app in front of people and prove what worked. Five modules: Google Ads for research-stage keywords your competitors do not bid on, Prospects for one-click sends by email, SMS and WhatsApp, Client Referral for attributed past-client links, Partner Referral for co-branded partner apps, and Overview, which follows each prospect from first click to signed case.

Can referral partners run our app under their own name?

Yes — chiropractors, clinics and body shops for injury work; therapists, financial advisors and mediators for divorce; bail bondsmen, treatment programs and interlock installers for DUI. Each partner gets a co-branded version of your app with its own QR code and a read-only dashboard of its own activity, and every case is attributed back to them. Included in every plan.

Does Lexivo replace our CRM?

It does not have to. Lexivo complements your existing intake and CRM process while providing its own App Marketing Dashboard and prospect-engagement workflow.

Which practice areas does Lexivo support?

Personal injury, divorce and family law, and DUI defense are live today, with working deployments you can open from this page. Plaintiff-side employment law follows the same pattern, built to order against your state statutes and your screening criteria.

What does it cost?

Plans are priced on contacts rather than seats: $100 a month for up to 1,000 contacts, $200 for up to 2,000, and $400 for up to 7,000, billed annually. Every plan is the complete product — branded app, unlimited Case Strategy Reports, attorney review with video, both dashboards and your statutory engine. Only the contact limit changes.

How long does it take to go live?

Most firms are live in under a week. Nothing about your intake, phone system or CRM has to change first — Lexivo sits alongside them and works the leads you already pay for.
