What is Lexivo?
An AI app platform for law firms, built to convert the leads you already pay for. Every inquiry gets a personalized Case Strategy Report in minutes — generated by AI over a tested statutory engine — and an attorney at your firm then reviews it and follows up with written comments and a personal video. The app carries your firm’s name on web, iPhone and Android.
How does Lexivo convert more of the leads we already pay for?
By changing what a lead receives in the first few minutes. Instead of an auto-reply and a place in the callback queue, they get a Case Strategy Report telling them what they are dealing with, what is missing, and what to do next — then a named attorney at your firm comments on it. A prospect who has already heard from a real lawyer stops calling other firms.
What exactly is a Case Strategy Report?
A personalized report the prospect receives minutes after a guided intake in your app. The PI Case Strategy Report covers their situation, who appears responsible, the injury-to-accident link, what they may be able to claim, collectible insurance, what is still missing, and the questions to ask an attorney. The Divorce Strategy Report and DUI Case Strategy Report follow the same pattern against their own statutes.
Is the report written by an attorney?
The initial report is AI-assisted, based on information the prospect supplied. Attorney comments are clearly identified and appear only after an attorney has reviewed the case and pressed send.
Can the AI invent figures or predict an outcome?
No. Every figure and date comes from a tested statutory engine, and the AI may only use those values — anything else is stripped before the report is shown. The report is also barred from calling its range a settlement offer, a valuation, or what a claim is worth.
What happens when a prospect requests attorney review?
The firm gets the case on one screen: score, deadline, value range, scored dimensions and open flags. An attorney can add comments, insert prepared snippets, record a video, request more information, or schedule a consultation. Every report also lands in the case inbox whether or not a review was requested, so nothing sits unseen — and nothing reaches the client until an attorney sends it.
Does every prospect receive an attorney video?
No. The firm decides case by case between written feedback, a personal video, a phone call, or a scheduling invitation. A full consultation is never required simply because an inquiry arrived.
Do prospects have to download an app?
No. Every Lexivo app opens in the browser from a link you send by email, SMS or WhatsApp, or from a QR code. Your firm also gets native iPhone and Android builds under its own name for prospects who prefer them.
Does completing an assessment create an attorney-client relationship?
Not by itself. Each firm controls conflict checking, qualification, case acceptance, engagement and representation. Lexivo does not accept matters or determine that a relationship exists.
Can our intake team send the assessment after a phone call?
Yes. Known information can be prefilled, so the prospect confirms facts and completes only what is missing. The same applies to consented lead segments, referral partners and reactivation campaigns.
How does the App Marketing Dashboard help us?
It is how you get the app in front of people and prove what worked. Five modules: Google Ads for research-stage keywords your competitors do not bid on, Prospects for one-click sends by email, SMS and WhatsApp, Client Referral for attributed past-client links, Partner Referral for co-branded partner apps, and Overview, which follows each prospect from first click to signed case.
Can referral partners run our app under their own name?
Yes — chiropractors, clinics and body shops for injury work; therapists, financial advisors and mediators for divorce; bail bondsmen, treatment programs and interlock installers for DUI. Each partner gets a co-branded version of your app with its own QR code and a read-only dashboard of its own activity, and every case is attributed back to them. Included in every plan.
Does Lexivo replace our CRM?
It does not have to. Lexivo complements your existing intake and CRM process while providing its own App Marketing Dashboard and prospect-engagement workflow.
Which practice areas does Lexivo support?
Personal injury, divorce and family law, and DUI defense are live today, with working deployments you can open from this page. Plaintiff-side employment law follows the same pattern, built to order against your state statutes and your screening criteria.
What does it cost?
Plans are priced on contacts rather than seats: $100 a month for up to 1,000 contacts, $200 for up to 2,000, and $400 for up to 7,000, billed annually. Every plan is the complete product — branded app, unlimited Case Strategy Reports, attorney review with video, both dashboards and your statutory engine. Only the contact limit changes.
How long does it take to go live?
Most firms are live in under a week. Nothing about your intake, phone system or CRM has to change first — Lexivo sits alongside them and works the leads you already pay for.
