Lexivo · lexivoapp.com · Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lexivo ("Lexivo", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Lexivo platform and website at lexivoapp.com. Lexivo is a marketing-analytics platform for law firms. By using the platform you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who we are

Lexivo provides a subscription analytics portal that helps law firms understand which advertising channels and search keywords lead to signed cases, and helps them measure and improve their cost per signed case. Our clients are law firms; we operate on each client's own advertising and lead data on their behalf.

2. Information we collect

3. Google user data and the Google Ads API

When a law-firm client connects its Google Ads account to Lexivo, the client authorizes Lexivo through Google OAuth (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). We use the Google Ads API solely to provide the service to that client. Specifically, we:

Lexivo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising of our own products, do not sell it, and do not transfer it except as needed to provide or improve the service for the client whose account it came from, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate notice.

Enhanced conversions and hashed data

Where a click identifier is unavailable, we may use Google's "enhanced conversions for leads." In that case, contact fields such as email or phone are hashed using SHA-256 on our side before they are transmitted to Google. We do not transmit raw (unhashed) personal contact information to Google for conversion measurement.

4. How we use information

We do not use client or Google data to train advertising models for unrelated parties, and we do not display third-party advertising in the platform.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

6. Data storage, security, and retention

7. Your choices and rights

8. Children's privacy

The platform is intended for business use by law firms and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to clients.
