What happens to a photograph of someone's face.
This product asks people to photograph their own face. That deserves a plainer answer than a privacy policy usually gives, so the short version comes first and the detail follows.

What is collected

How photographs are used
A photograph is sent to an AI provider to produce that person's analysis and, if they ask for one, their simulation. It is used for that and nothing else. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train a publicly available model.
How long it is kept
Face photographs are removed automatically once the retention period configured for the clinic has passed. The deletion job runs on a schedule and is checked on every release — a retention promise nobody verifies is not a promise. Enquiry details are held by the clinic for as long as it needs them to answer the enquiry, under its own policy.
Who it belongs to
The clinic. Lexivo processes it on the clinic's behalf and to run the product. A clinic can ask for a person's photographs and analysis to be deleted at any time, and so can the person — through the clinic, or by contacting us directly.
Cookies
Only what is needed to keep someone with their own analysis, to remember that consent was given, and to count how many analyses a device has run so the clinic's daily ceiling can be applied. No advertising trackers.
A note on what this is not
The analysis is a cosmetic assessment of how skin appears in a photograph, and a simulation is an illustration rather than a prediction. Neither is a medical record, neither is a diagnosis, and neither is a substitute for seeing a qualified practitioner.
